I recently had a great stay at this hotel on the outskirts of Zadar. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk along the waterfront to the old city center. Situated in a dead end street, it offered a peaceful and quiet environment. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities and even had a small balcony where you could enjoy the view. The breakfast included in the price was delicious and had a good variety of options. I especially loved the fact that they served real espresso, a great way to start the day!
All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't fault anything.

Everything was perfectly fine, best staff, incredible views of the sea. We had a comfort king room with comfortable bed and an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge and air conditioner. Minute walk from a bus station, the location was peaceful and decent...

This accommodation is situated in a peaceful location, providing an excellent base for relaxation and rest. Although it might be a bit far from the beach or the old town, it compensates with its well, maintained pool and garden area. the rooms boast cozy balconies, offering picturesque views of the sea. the staff provides top, notch services and delicious breakfast in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making guests feel at home. Visitors also appreciate the good quality flat, screen TV and the excellent shower facilities present in the rooms.
As a downside, guests might encounter some minor maintenance issues with the fixtures and fittings throughout the facilities.

Had a great Xmas vacation at this hotel. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. The parking was easy and there was good air conditioning. The balcony had a great view and the room was well equipped with basic amenities like soap and shampoo. The location was perfect as both a petrol station and a grocery store were close by.
Though promised gluten-free bread was not available and a sound isolation was lacking. , the grill in the basement was never in use.

Felt so welcomed upon arrival, even offered airport pickup - such a thoughtful touch! The breakfast was delicious, and although it rained during our stay, we found a cozy spot in our room to enjoy it. The owner took great care of us, ensuring our stay was pleasant. The nearby Italian restaurant and beachfront bar were a definite plus. I highly recommend this place for its hospitality and charm.

The hotel was affordable and conveniently located near key transportation. the room was simple but cozy and clean.
The Wi-Fi could be improved and the parking situation was difficult, with limited spaces available. the room lacked some amenities such as fresh towels and sheets for multiple nights.
